Deposits
Taken at booking, per service, as a sum or a percentage. Forfeited on a late cancellation or a no-show, refunded otherwise.
Refunds
Full or partial, back through the original provider, with who authorised it in the audit log.
Fiscal receipts
Connect your own ПРРО and every gateway payment, POS sale and recorded invoice payment is sent to it for a receipt; one that could not be issued is retried, never invented.
Invoices
Issued for corporate clients, with VAT handled at your country’s rate.
Payment links
A link for an invoice, a deposit, a membership or an order, paid on the gateway’s hosted page, and closed by the settlement — not by anyone marking it paid.
Encrypted credentials
Your provider keys are encrypted at rest and write-only once saved.
The till
Done & checkout on a finished appointment builds one bill for the services and the products, applies the deposit already held, and takes the rest in any split — cash, the terminal, a gift card, points, or a link to pay later.
Daily close
Cash expected against cash counted, card and online totals, refunds and what is still owed — per place, per day, closed once with the variance and its reason on record.
