Two children, one parent: who comes and who pays
The child comes to the lesson; the parent pays for it, signs for it and gets the messages about it. A record that mixes the two loses either the child’s history or the parent’s money.

Each child a record under the parent
Add the parent once, then each child under them. The child has their own places, lessons, packs and signed forms; the parent receives the emails and is on every invoice. A brother and a sister are two records under one parent, not two families with the same phone number.
Two places, two fees
Each child’s place in a group is its own enrolment, paid on its own: a pack of lessons for each child, or a monthly fee for each place, whose invoice is emailed to the parent each month with a link to pay. A sibling discount is simply a lower monthly fee on the second place.
The lesson belongs to the child. The bill belongs to the parent.
What the parent sees
In their account at setvos.com, the parent sees each child’s pack and how many lessons are left, and pays each invoice from its link. Texts about a lesson never name the child, so a message on a shared phone says only the class and the time.
Signed for, as their guardian
When a group asks for a form — consent to photos, who may collect the child — the parent signs it on the child’s behalf, as parent or guardian, by typing their name. The child’s booking or place waits until it is signed, and the signature is kept with the text it agreed to.
- Each child a record under the parent.
- A place, and its fee or pack, per child.
- Forms signed by the parent, as guardian.
One limit to know: each place is billed on its own, so a family with two places gets two invoices a month, not one combined invoice.
