Notifications: what you are told, and where
Setvos tells you about new bookings, tasks assigned to you, approvals and more — in the bell, on your phone, and in Telegram if you link it.
The bell
The bell at the top right shows your latest notices and how many are unread. Press one to open what it is about; “Mark all read” clears the count, and “See all” opens Account settings › Notifications.
The full list
Under “Recent”, Account settings › Notifications keeps everything you have been sent, newest first, with older notices a page at a time. Unread ones are marked “New”.
Your phone
Notices can also be pushed to your phone by the Setvos staff app, which is coming to the App Store and Google Play. Until then, link Telegram to get the same notices on your phone.
Your choices
For each kind of notice, choose whether it reaches the bell and your phone, and set quiet hours when your phone should stay silent. A few notices about your account, your plan, your money and your data are always on.
Common questions
- Where does a booking notification take me?
To the visit: the diary opens on its day with the visit’s card open, from the bell and from a link in an email alike.
- How does the phone word a notice about the licence?
It states the fact — for example that a payment did not go through, or that a group switches off on a date — with no amount or card, and for anyone but the owner it adds “Ask the workspace owner.” Tapping it opens Account → Plan, which says your plan is managed on the web. A notice sent to a linked Telegram keeps its full wording.
