Delete an export or the whole workspace
Remove an export you no longer need, or delete the workspace and everything in it. Deleting a workspace cannot be undone.
Export first
Before you delete anything large, prepare a full export on Settings › Data and download it.
Delete an old export
Press the bin beside an export and confirm with “Delete export”. The file is removed for good; nothing in your workspace changes.
Delete the workspace
Only the owner can do this, and it works in a read-only workspace too. At the bottom of the screen, press “Delete workspace…”, type the workspace’s name and press “Delete everything”. Clients, bookings, invoices and files are erased at once and cannot be recovered.
Know what stays elsewhere
Fiscal receipts already issued through your ПРРО stay in its records; deleting the workspace does not recall them.
Your own account is separate
Deleting a workspace does not delete your personal account, and deleting your account does not delete a workspace. Your account is deleted from Account settings › Security.
Common questions
- Does cancelling my licence delete my data?
Not straight away. The workspace becomes read-only when the paid term ends, and the data is erased 90 days after that. The owners and admins are told 14 and 3 days before, by email, in the app, on the phone and in Telegram if they linked it, and nothing is erased sooner than 14 days after the first notice.
- Can I erase the workspace on the phone?
Yes, the owner only: “Erase this workspace” asks you to type its name, and everything in it is erased at once and cannot be recovered. Export first.

Delete your account
Close your personal account. It is deleted for good after 30 days, and signing in again before then cancels the deletion.
Cancel your licence
Stop your licence from renewing. You keep full access until the end of the term you have already paid for, and can take the cancellation back until then.
