A helpdesk your clients can find.

Requests arrive by phone, chat and a forwarded email, and the monthly contract is invoiced from a spreadsheet. The client never knows whether anyone has seen their problem.

What an IT support firm switches on first

01

Recurring invoices

The monthly invoice drafted on its own schedule with the same lines; you send it, and the client pays by link on monobank or LiqPay.

02

Tickets with an SLA

A first-response deadline, a breach mark and an assignee on every request.

03

The client portal

Clients open and answer their tickets, download invoices and pay them in their own account.

04

Pipelines

Proposals on stages you name, with the next step and the owner on each card.

05

Quotes to invoices

A quote the client accepts becomes an invoice, and the quote stays on record.

Six things that only matter in an IT support firm

Tickets with a first-response deadline

Every request a ticket with an assignee, the deadline your SLA sets and a mark when it is missed.

Clients follow their own tickets

In their portal on setvos.com a client opens a ticket, adds a screenshot, answers your question and sees where it stands.

The contract as a recurring invoice

The monthly maintenance invoice drafted on its date with the same lines; you send it with its payment link, and paid invoices show in the client’s portal.

Site visits as bookings

An on-site visit booked in the engineer’s diary, with the address in the notes and a reminder to the client.

Equipment on the company card

Servers, cameras or printers in your own fields on the client company, beside its people and its tickets.

Companies with their people

A company card with its contacts, matched by email domain, and your own fields for contract terms or equipment.

One inbox for the team

Email and Telegram in one shared inbox, each thread assigned, and a reply sent before it is recorded.

Tasks on the record

A task linked to the deal, the company or the ticket it belongs to, with a due date and an owner.

Your first week on Setvos

  1. 01

    Add the client companies

Each company with its people; contacts with the same email domain are matched to it.

  2. 02

    Set the SLA

The first-response time your contracts promise, so every ticket carries its deadline.

  3. 03

    Put the contracts on schedule

A recurring invoice per client with the monthly fee and the day it is issued.

  4. 04

    Invite clients to the portal

Send the portal link: from then on they open tickets themselves and see their invoices.

A 4-person firm pays €40/mo

4 employees on Standard, 12-month term: €55/mo list, €561 on day 7, and 14 months of service (12 paid + 2 bonus) — €40 effective per month. Prices exclude tax. VAT or sales tax is added at checkout where it is due; an EU business with a valid VAT number pays no VAT and accounts for it under the reverse charge.

IT support: questions

Can a client email a request instead?

Yes: connect your support mailbox to the inbox and the conversation is kept there, assigned to someone; the portal is for clients who want to follow the ticket.

Can I see which tickets breached the SLA?

Each ticket shows whether its deadline was missed, and the queue has a breached tab, filtered further by assignee, status and priority.

Can the engineer work from the phone?

Yes, in the browser: the day’s visits in the engineer’s diary, the client’s card and notes open on any phone.

Business services questions

Can I bill by the hour?

Yes. Log time on a deal, a client or a company — by hand or with a timer — and invoice the unbilled hours as one draft, a line for each deal, at each member’s hourly rate. A retainer stays a recurring invoice.

Do my clients need a Setvos account?

To use the portal they sign in on setvos.com with their email; invoices and payment links also work by email without signing in.

Can clients book a call with us?

Switch on bookings and they pick a time from your booking page; the call link itself is sent by you.
