Calendar: questions people ask
Short answers about appointments, syncing with Google, colleagues’ events and tasks on the calendar.
Common questions
- Why are client appointments not on the calendar?
They are in Bookings, which knows about staff, services, prices and deposits. Your own appointments do appear in your personal calendar feed.
- Does it sync both ways with Google Calendar?
No. Your feed puts your Setvos diary into Google, Apple or Outlook, read-only. Events you add there do not come back.
- Is there a week or a day view?
No. This calendar shows a month. The bookings diary has its own views for appointments.
- Can I see a colleague’s events?
If your role covers their records, yes. Otherwise you see your own, or your team’s.
- Do finished tasks stay on the calendar?
Yes. A task stays on its day after you tick it off.
- I shared my calendar address by mistake. What now?
Press “Subscribe” and then “New address”. The old address stops working at once.
