Review rules, and reporting a review

What a review on a booking page may say, how to report one that breaks the rules, and what happens next.

  1. 01

    What a review may say

A review is about a visit you made: what was good and what could be better. Honest criticism is welcome and stays up. A review is refused when posted if it carries slurs or obscenities, and it may be removed later if it insults someone, shares a person’s private details, advertises something, or is not about a visit to that place.

  2. 02

    Report a review

On the place’s booking page, press the flag beside a review and choose a reason. Add a note if it helps, tick that the report is accurate and made in good faith, and send it. Without an account, leave your email so we can tell you the decision.

  3. 03

    What happens next

Setvos, not the salon, looks at every report. The salon never sees who reported. You stop seeing the review on that device straight away. We write to you once with the decision: the review stays, or it is removed. If it is removed, its author gets an email saying why.

Common questions

Can I report the same review twice?

No. A second report from you is counted as the first one, and you still hear the decision once.

Can the salon remove a review I reported?

The salon can hide a review from its page and must give a reason, and it can reply in public. Only Setvos removes a review after a report.
