Your booking link on Google and Instagram
Add your booking link to Google and Instagram
Most clients find a salon on Google Maps or on Instagram, and both accept a plain link to your booking page at no cost. Setvos gives each place a separate link for each of them, so the bookings each one brings are counted apart.
Give your page a short address
In Bookings → Public page, set the link — for example studio-nord. A short address is easier to read on a card and harder to mistype.
Add the link to Google
The “Share your booking link” card on the same screen has a link for Google. In your Business Profile choose Bookings (on Google Search) or Edit profile → Bookings (in Google Maps), then Add link, paste it and save. When it is done, mark it on the card so your colleagues know.
Add the link to Instagram
Copy the Instagram link from the same card. In the Instagram app open Edit profile → Links → Add external link and paste it.
Print the QR code
Download the code from the card for the counter, the mirror or a business card. It opens the same page and its bookings are counted as coming from the code.
See what each link brings
Bookings made through each link carry their source, so the “Bookings by channel” report shows how many came from Google, Instagram and the QR code.
Common questions
- Is this Reserve with Google?
- No. Reserve with Google needs an approved booking partner. A link in your profile works for any business, costs nothing and opens your own booking page.
- Can I get the Book button inside Instagram?
- That button is only offered to Instagram’s approved booking partners, so we do not offer it. The link in your profile is available to every account.
- What happens if I change the page address later?
- The old address keeps working and forwards to the new one, so links you already posted do not break.
