Add, change or delete an event

Put a meeting, a reminder or a whole-day event on the calendar, and change or remove it later.

  1. 01

    Start an event

Press “New event” in Calendar, or click a day to start an event on that date.

  2. 02

    Fill it in

Give it a “Title”, check the “Date”, and set “Start” and “End”; the end must be after the start. Add a “Location”, such as an office or a video-call link, if it helps.

  3. 03

    Make it all-day

Switch on “All day” for something that fills the day, such as a training day. The times are then greyed out.

  4. 04

    Save it

Press “Create event”. It appears on its day.

  5. 05

    Change or delete it

Click the event on the calendar to open it; on a busy day, press the count under its first three entries, such as “+2 more”, to find it in the day’s list. Change what you need and press “Save changes”, or press “Delete” to remove it at once, with no second question.

Common questions

Can an event last several days?

No. An event is on one date. For a few days in a row, add an all-day event for each day.

Can I link an event to a client or a deal?

Not from the event form. To keep a follow-up with a client, create a task and link it to them.

Can I add events on the phone?

Yes. In Setvos Business the calendar is a tab when bookings are switched off, and under More otherwise. It shows the month, with up to three dots on each day, and the chosen day’s events and tasks below; on an iPad they sit side by side. Press + for “New event”: a Title, All day, the Date, Start and End, and a Place. Tap an event to change it; Delete asks before it removes it.
