From a message to a waybill

Most small shops in Ukraine sell through messages. The order is a chat, the payment is a card number, the waybill is typed into the carrier’s site, and the stock count lives in somebody’s head until the day it is wrong.

None of that is a problem at ten orders a week. At fifty, the last item gets sold twice, a payment is missed, and an evening goes on copying addresses. The fix is not a bigger spreadsheet; it is one order screen that the message, the payment and the waybill all go through.

1. The message becomes an order

Create the order from the chat: the buyer, the products, the delivery address. When it is placed, the stock is reserved, so the last item cannot be sold to somebody else while this buyer pays. If the order is cancelled, the reservation is released at once.

2. A payment link instead of a card number

Send the buyer the order’s payment link on your own monobank or LiqPay. When the payment lands, the order is marked paid without anyone checking a banking app; with your own ПРРО connected, the receipt is issued from that payment.

A card number in a chat is a reconciliation job waiting to happen. A payment link is a paid order.

3. The waybill from the order

Connect your own Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta or Meest key once. Then the waybill is made from the order on your own account — no retyping the address — and the tracking status is pulled back into the order. A buyer who collects in person gets the order handed over with no carrier at all.

  • Orders from messages, calls or your own shop page, with stock reserved when placed.
  • Payment links on your own gateway, and receipts on your own ПРРО.
  • Waybills and tracking on your own carrier account.

4. The shop on your own page

Put the products you choose in a shop on your public page, and buyers order without an account and without a message. Those orders land in the same list, reserved and ready for a waybill.
