Reports: dashboards, saved reports and scheduled emails

See your key numbers on dashboards, build and save your own charts, and have them emailed every day, week or month.

  1. 01

    Three tabs

Reports opens on “Dashboards”. “Saved reports” holds the charts you built and saved, and “Scheduled” is where you set up emails that send a dashboard or a report on their own.

  2. 02

    Dashboards

A dashboard is a page of widgets, each one a number or a chart: booking revenue, no-show rate, outstanding invoices, won deals and more. Each module you switch on adds its own metrics, and you are only offered the ones your role can see.

  3. 03

    Saved reports

A saved report counts or adds up your deals, tickets, invoices or contacts and groups them, for example by stage or by month. It runs on the latest data every time you open it, and you can download it as a CSV file.

  4. 04

What you see is what your role sees

Dashboards and reports count only the records your role lets you see. With “Own team” for deals, a deals report adds up your team’s deals; a colleague with “All records” sees everyone’s. Data from a module your role cannot view, such as invoices without Invoicing, is not shown to you at all.

  5. 05

    Scheduled emails

Any dashboard or saved report can be emailed every day, every Monday or on the 1st of each month, to the addresses you choose. The numbers are the ones the person who set it up is allowed to see.

  6. 06

    What to do first

Build one dashboard with the three or four numbers you want to see every morning. When it is right, schedule it to your inbox.
