Delete your Setvos account
This page is for the Setvos app, for clients, and the Setvos Business app, for salons and their teams — both published by Setvos. One account signs in to both apps and to setvos.com.
In the Setvos app
Open Profile, then Your data, then Delete account, and confirm.
In the Setvos Business app
Open Settings, then Delete account, and confirm.
On the web
Clients: setvos.com/app/profile. Salons and their teams: app.setvos.com/account/security.
What is deleted
Your account, its sign-ins and devices, your favourite places, your birthday and your notification settings.
What salons keep
Salons keep the records the law asks them to keep, such as receipts, which are never deleted. Your visits stay in their books without your account.
30 days to change your mind
The account is deleted 30 days after you ask. Signing in again before then keeps it.
If you own a workspace
The only owner of a workspace cannot delete their account until they hand the workspace to another owner or erase it.
Accounts without a password
If you signed up with Google or Apple, we email you a six-digit code to confirm instead.
If you cannot sign in
Write to [email protected] from your account’s email address. We answer within a month.
